Admission and Fee Rules

    1. Before the declaration of the result of previous class, the admission will be granted provisionally. If a
    student fails in previous class, his/her admission will be cancelled.
    2. Students must produce original documents at the time of test and interview.
    3. A student is never allowed to combine his studies with any other institution while he/she is a student of the institution.
    4. A student is considered as a regular one of this college till the last date of his/her examination (including practical exams).
    5. Parents/Guardians are responsible for timely payment of fee of their wards. Late fee will be charged in case of delay.
    6. A list of three guardians will be required at the time of admission, who will be responsible in all matters of their son/daughter/ward.
    7. If a student remains absent in detention exam, he/she will be detained.
    8. Once fee is deposited, it will not be refunded
    9. If a student remains absent in internal test/examination, he/she is liable to be expelled from the institution.
    10. Students cannot bring bicycle, motorcycle or any other vehicle inside academic block.
    11. In all matters, the decision of Principal will be final.

Admission Certificate For School Classes

Admissions to all the Classes from Nursery to 9th are based on the test and interview of candidates.
Test includes the following subjects of the previous class level.

    1. Mathematics
    2. Science
    3. English
    4. Urdu (Gen)
    5. Islamiyat

Admission Criteria For HSSC And Commerce Classes

Admission Criteria for HSSC and Commerce classes are based on test and interview of candidates along with SSC marks. The Test includes the following subjects of pervious class level.

    1. Mathematics
    2. Biology
    3. Chemistry
    4. Computer Science
    5. Physics
    6. English

Expulsion from the College

The College academic Council with the consent of principal can expel a student if he/she,

    1. Violates any of the college rules or instructions of the Principal.
    2. Fails in any assessment test (passing percentage being 50% in each subject and aggregate 60%).
    3. Uses unfair means in exams.
    4. Shows poor attendance that is below 90% or remains absent five days in a month.
    5. Earns a bad name for the college.
    6. Does not pay his/her dues within time.
    7. Violates the college rules/brings forbidden material.
    8. Shows poor discipline, commits acts of immorality, uses abusive language and exhibits rude behavior.
    9. Creates physical violence in school.
    10. Damages school property.
    11. Charges with theft or uses drugs.
    12. Bunking/ leaving school without permission.
    13. Possesses any harmful things like firearm, sharp edged weapon or any other harmful thing.
    14. Possesses mobile, walkman, etc.

General Rules

    1. No student will be allowed in the premises of institution without school uniform.
    2. Students involved in the politics in the college will be fined and expelled accordingly.
    3. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
    4. Students are not allowed to bring costly things and extra money with them.
    5. Re-admission of any student cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
    6. Leave application must be given in time and should be duly attested by parents. A student can avail only 12 leaves during one academic year.
    7. Absence fine will be charged on students who remain absent habitually.

Pattern of Paper Test

Time: 2 : 00 Hours

MCQs 25 Marks + Short Questions 75 Marks = 100 Marks
